Second Amendment March was founded in 2009 for the purpose of organizing a nationwide pro-Second Amendment Rally in Washington, D.C. The original event took place in 2010. Since that event we have focused on Michigan events, working in conjunction with Michigan's largest gun rights organizations.

Skip is the author of several books including: "RKBA: Defending the Right to Keep and Bear Arms" and "Blood in the Streets". He writes a weekly column for the Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO).
Terri Stocke, President
Terri obtained her CPL in 2001 and became active in defending our Second Amendment right in 2009. She is a past NRA and MCRGO member and current Michigan Open Carry member. When she isn't working her day job as a business analyst for a software company she can be found lifting heavy things at the gym or cheering on her two sons at the hockey rink.
Brian Jeffs, Vice PresidentBrian is a member of Gun Owners of America, Michigan Gun Owners and a co-founder of Michigan Open Carry, Inc. (MOC). He is currently the Director of Research for MOC Inc. Brian is a co-host for At Odds, a political talk show. He is a co-author of My Parents Open Carry, a pro-gun kid’s book.
Nathan R. Nephew, TreasurerNathan is a co-founder of Michigan Open Carry, Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes the open carry of a handgun and works to protect all firearm rights. Nathan is a co-host of At Odds, a political talk show. He is a co-author of My Parents Open Carry, a pro-gun kid’s book.
